2. Our Services

The Acai Affect provides in-store and online ordering of acai bowls, smoothies, juices, and related products, as well as catering services and gift cards. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• All online orders are processed through Square. By placing an order you agree to Square's Terms of Service in addition to ours.
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, product unavailability).
• Refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

5. Catering

Catering bookings require a deposit at the time of confirmation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may forfeit the deposit. Full terms are provided at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to The Acai Affect and protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:
